Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by LJ Soccer. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.

Payments and Cancellations

1.1. Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

1.2. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority. Upon automatic enrollment into the upcoming term, it is imperative that payments are submitted within a two-week timeframe; failure to do so may result in your reservation being forfeited to the next individual in the queue.

1.3. We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

Liability and Responsibility

2.1. LJ Soccer or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session. Participants and their guardians assume all risks associated with participating in our program.

2.2. LJ Soccer reserves the right to remove from our program, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behavior.

Medical Conditions

3.1. You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at luke@ljsoccer.com.au or contacting us at 0490447819. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical condition.

Missed Sessions and Bad Weather

4.1. If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, LJ Soccer will offer a make-up session or parents will be refunded.

4.2. Make-up sessions or refunds will not be provided for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.

Governing Law

5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LJ Soccer operates.
